I am a soldier, an officer, a product leader and a single father to three girls who have strong opinions about everything, which turns out to be excellent leadership training. I think about systems the way some people think about sport — obsessively, with strong views, and a genuine belief that the difference between good and great is almost always in the details nobody bothered to fix. I work with organisations that want to be better. I write about the things that interest me. I cook lavishly whenever I can justify it.
